All units working, for condition & operation see attached videos, all recorded September 2025 using s-video.

History: All PAL units located in UK and bought in 2020, TBC-3000 from Lord Smurf, and VCR serviced and shipped from Positron, Germany.
Payment: PayPal. Prefer free collection from Berkshire, UK
PM for shipping costs using Royal-Mail Medium Parcel Track & Signature to UK (approx £19), or Europe (approx £53) per item.

TBC-3000 supplied with 9v power supply with UK 3-pin plug.
VCR's supplied with original remote control & type-C electric plug as used throughout Europe, also supplied with converter to UK 3-pin plug

Note: in person collection from Berkshire, UK, will save shipping costs and allow opportunity to try the units if desired.

I do not have knowledge of capacitator replacement on the VCR. Positron serviced the units before shipment to me in 2020. At the time they made a general statement "This included checking optical and we have a look at the power supply and exchange some capacitors if necessary.". See videos for exact performance as of September 2025.

2) The NV-HS1000 service manual lists the upper cylinder unit part number as VEH0651, as shown in the image.

That's rosin/flux, not discolouration of the solder.
