I bought this unit used and noticed it has some digital noise artifacts upon playback of video. Used multiple tapes and no change. Might be dirty heads or something in the video playback section. So I can't guarantee 100% satisfaction. Unless you want it for sentimental sake and have it looked at by a service technician. Sorry,
