Wanted: MiniDV NTSC camcorder

Hi,

I need a MiniDV Camcorder (NTSC) for transferring the MiniDV tapes that I shot. I do not plan to shoot any videos with it, just need it for transferring the tapes that were shot in an NTSC Camcorder (not PAL).

Where can I find the cheapest, working camcorder/player for this purpose?
