Files in badblocks are burned in DVDs?
 
zip, rar and exe files located on HDD bad sectors (badblocks) are burned to DVD?

Corrupt files in one place are corrupt files somewhere else. Doesn't matter if discs, disks, or hex printouts.

it's unfortunate but i'll have to throw all my dvds in the trash because i think they were burned from files located in bad sectors badblocks from hdd

The easy way to test those discs is to extract the files. If those extract fine, the files were fine.

my nero dispeed read test 100% good

Nero DiscSpeed does not unzip/extract files.
