Does anyone know any reputable blank media manufactures from China or what the process is to buying directly from overseas.

Generally speaking, Chinese made media is of super low quality, and not suggested for normal use.

Any specific reason that you want media from China? Be very sure you understand that a lot of it is fakes and low-end schlock like UmeDisc.
