Does this happen with Chrome?
Was this on a phone? Or tablet? Laptop, desktop?
What OS? And which version OS?

Same issue on Chrome on my phone right now (Samsung Galaxy S10e).

Screenshot was on desktop, Windows 7 SP1 (final update).
