Hey I'm offloading home VHS videos and need to capture at the absolute best quality. whats the perfect model ATI for this job? Ease of use and price are not an issue.

Depending on if you already have the best VCR and TBC to go along with the capture card or not, you could buy as much as needed from him and have a very high quality capture setup. A proper stable PC build is also essential.

recommended vcr+line tbc ---(y/c)--> lordsmurf frame tbc ---(sdi+y/c)--> capture in windows 7
