There is no audio on that tape according to the photo)and this for EP.
You may need more of a set for sp/ EP and with hifi/ linear. Just a though i've never used such tape so far. But EP is good beginning i guess

Yes, There is never one tape for all testes at least for Sony and JVC, I guess the reason is they don't want technicians getting confused to what the tape is playing SP or LP, When you have separate tapes you can be sure.

I bought one and received it today.

Received mine today too, What a coincidence.

Did the price increase? $26 + 11 shipping?

I really don't see the usefulness to these tapes. I rely on a tape library for this purpose, which includes multiple types of audio. To me, this tape would be a museum piece, not something useful.

If they are indeed sealed originally as he claimed and not resealing them (mine seems to be original shrink wrap) then they are useful for LP alignment check, a SP tape still a must have which I'm keeping an eye for. Used alignment tapes are not worth a dime since alinement tapes have a use count just like cleaning tapes.

Sorry I was mistaken by another listing that was listing a shrink wrraped tape but way too expensive, I just opened my package and revisited the listing and they are not sealed, However the condition is very good, I will check the video signal condition when I get time.

My tape was not shrink-wrapped.
