Paypal blocked in my country, alternatives?

Paypal is blocked in my country, and won't accept (even without account) credit/debit cards from my country. Is there an alternative way to pay for premium membership or other services, such as direct credit card payment or Swift? I searched the forum for similar posts as I do not wish to re-ask answered questions, but could not find any. Thanks.
