Streamlining video forums?
 

Right now, we have 4 video forums, with 8 sub-forums. So total of 11 video forums. But based on usage, and the collapse of disc-based media over the past decade, I think it's time to re-group.

So current:

Video Capture = former Workflow and Capture forums
Restore, Filter unchanged
Video Editing, Encoding = subforums merged, former Edit, Encode disc, Encode streaming, and all the disc-based work
Video Hardware Repair unchanged
Videography unchanged
Optical Media = no longer just blanks, and then pushed to the bottom; some disc-based posts may end up here, instead of the Edit forum

Sticky overhaul is another topic.
Also removal and reduction of other forums. Focusing just on video for the moment, one at a time.
