Getting message "Not logged in" trying to download files?
 

I wanted to download the BVP 4 user manual but discovered I needed to register first. I did. When I attempt to log it the message reads Thank you for logging in. Then when I try to download the manual I get a message "Not logged in". I've been going around in circles for two days and am wondering what I'm doing wrong. Please help.

You didn't check your email to activate your account. ;)

Also note: This also happens when somebody tries to login to a forum with a browser that is blocking cookies, running NoScript, disabled JavaScript, etc. Sometimes blocking everything in the pursuit of security only limits what you can do -- while also offering no real security.
