What is a "site supporter"

In my years of video, I have run across a few other people with a decent grasp of video. Some of them I still stay in contact with. Many of them still ask questions and are paid Level 1-2-3 support users. So if you see a "site supporter" giving you tips, it's very likely going to be good information.
