Are you sure the DVD player allow left-only or right-only audio? Most do not.

I've never seen DVD authoring software that instructed the video to play only L or R channels in the menu. I've only seen players that physically can select the audio channels.

It usually needs to be multi-track authored, not L and R separate.

If I were you, I'd use TMPGEnc Authoring Works, and then do a two-channel audio video. For one, that's going to be complaint to the DVD specs, and work on all players.

in karaoke vcd we can switch the audio (on/off the voice) channel L/R button through remote. right ?

2 days ago i burn karaoke dvd, and to on/off the voice i have to press language button.

can i make my karaoke dvd works like vcd ?

Thx

The multi-language DVD authoring idea is a good one. :salute:

It may use VCD -- you'll just have to burn one and test it. Some DVD players play VCD, some do not.
