The most topical version 3.12.0.2?

With big files I must change on the SpeedCommander, there it functions without problems.

Now can put back at least the data high-level store..., perhaps, on a former image of the company system and not instal Windows update for the moment.

Switched back to Filezilla ver. 3.9.0.1 Portable, seemed to work OK uploading files, just had to realize that during long upload, a "server disconnected" message shows up, but actually does complete successful upload of files!

The links don't work because the character "#" can't be used in URls.

Quote:

The character "#" is unsafe and should
always be encoded because it is used in World Wide Web and in other
systems to delimit a URL from a fragment/anchor identifier that might
follow it. The character "%" is unsafe because it is used for
encodings of other characters. Other characters are unsafe because
gateways and other transport agents are known to sometimes modify
such characters. These characters are "{", "}", "|", "\", "^", "~",
"[", "]", and "`".
http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc1738.txt

The use of certain characters in parts of a URL require special coding. For instance, where # appears it should be coded as %23. Or, it's just easier to remove # from the file names. http://webdesign.about.com/od/forms/a/url_encoding.htm

In general, avoid all punctuation (including space) in filenames.
