I have got voucher! [edited]

Is this some sort of scam websites, Sorry just don't know what is this all about, I know that we have a similar system here in the US you get discounted vouchers but when you use them the price of goods is different for using the voucher than buying it somewhere else with real money, So you got 0 saving and most of the time you just buy overpriced stuff.

Yes, you were wise to suspect that it was a scam. It was.

Anytime you see a new poster on a forum, and he/she has posted a deal/coupon/sale/etc, realize it's just spam (that the forum admin hasn't removed yet). Most spam comes from third-world countries, and this time was no different. Apparently many people can't be productive members of a world society, and are instead a blight on the internet. These people mostly want to steal from American or Europeans, instead of being useful. Kudos to you for not falling prey to that.
