Japan-made I-O Data and Canopus PAL problem?
 

About Japan-made IODATA and canonpus support PAL system problem. Hello everyone, I want to buy a Japanese-made IODATA or canopus capture card, but I don't see whether the PAL format is supported on the Internet. This is probably the biggest difficulty of the PAL format VHS tape. There are no friends who know how to use these Japanese capture cards and thank Japanese friends for their answers. Their advantage lies in the good picture quality, but also has a large-capacity frame synchronizer. Can you recommend a PCI-supported PAL model to me?
