Home movie cataloging program recommendations?
 

I'm looking for a program to catalog my home movies, especially as they all get cut into many many scenes/clips.
Would be good if it can take a snapshot out of each clip and also have keywords that can be searched, with the ability to launch a player or have its own player.
Freeware or cheap would be good.
Cataloging still photos would be a bonus.
Any recommendations?
