Can't find right cable for ATI AIW <-> sound card

This is what I have. The green card is Santa Cruz Turtle Beach. The red is ATI All in wonder.

I can only find cables like this:

that have both connectors equal.

Hi there. I made the same mistake, first ordering one like you show. If you go to Amazon, Newegg, etc. and search for "Soundblaster to CD ROM audio cable", you will find several choices.
