Does anyone know which bios update for asrock 4coredual sata2 I should have? It's a windows XP SP2 used for capturing VHS tapes with Turtle Beach Santa Cruz and a ATI AIW 9000 capture card. Thanks in advance!

Why do you need it? It mostly just adds "new" CPUs. Those tend to run hot anyway.
