Sanyo VHR-23PR video problem

Hi,

My VCR player suddenly starts to play video like this (attached)
I've tried to clean that areas with cotton and alcohol. But doesn't help. ( I am a newbie)

I've also tried adjust the transports and unplug and plug everything to see if its and bad contact, but nothing happen.

Any suggestions?
