JVC HR-S7000U service manual, gear alignment?
 

Hi I have a JVC HR-S7000u that I went to replace the belt for the tape guide and the gear came off sub assembly and moved now i have no idea where the correct positions to the gears on the assembly goes!

Ok finally figured out the alignment issue and it’s loading the tape now but now have a new problem after cleaning the heads to correct streaks and snow but video is dull but stable now the sound is mono only the stereo indicator stays off on all tapes even ones made by the recorder and prerecorded movies that are for sure stereo! any ideas or is the head done for?
