Sony DSR-20P keeps ejecting tape
 

Hi!
I have a Sony DSR-20p which keeps ejecting tapes. After I insert a tape, the loading mechanism lower the tape in it's playing position.
After that there is no movement inside the player. the lacing mechanism won’t move, like it has no power. Nothing moves. After a few seconds, the tape is ejected.
There is no error on the display.
Any advice what to do next?
