Daewoo VQ757 with strange deformation/skewing?

I bought this cheap unit, a PAL one, the image was soo distorted, cleaned the heads , cleaned rollers an any other things, replaced the belt.. but still no changes...
also the image not seems to going better after hours BUT also seems a little lit better when the unit is just powered.

internally was very clean (just old dust) , probably it worked not too much..

i was thinking this can be a capacitors issue, i removed 10 of them, checked the ESR and was all right... (2 ohms) ...
without playing a tape the MENU screen is PERFECTLY displayed without ony kind of noise.

the linear audio is good without noise.

any hint?
very thank you for the help!

looks like a guides problem to me especially the P2 (entry guide). I'm not sure about the skew though, could be an AC head adjustment to make aswell (Sync pulses)

This seems like a lot of work for a cheapest-of-the-cheap 2-head VCR.
Why all the effort?

you are right... i'm checking video quality (using test patterns) of every VCR i have .. just doing this "database" and i need to see a clean image just 1 time...

this is just the standard tape alignment... usually i can set this in few seconds.. but i my case there a some sort of horizontal skewing (30° 40° angle) i can align the head and a nice image with good colors, hi-fi audio stereo but still these skewings on the upper side of the screen :(

i noticed that after hours, the image become a little better wi a lot of vertical jitters... but when freezing caps i dont' have a "regression" (back to the skewings)
