Panasonic DMR-ES20 zeros error?
1 Attachment(s)
Hello, I was using my Panasonic to capture some videos yesterday.
I turned it off, and went to sleep. The next day arrived and now its doing this. :smack: It just won't power up, nothing shows up on the capture device. :pullhair: How do I fix this? Video attached is the problem. Edit: The model is a Panasonic DMR-ES20 DVD Recorder acting as a TBC, I cannot afford a fancy pants one. |
000000 is the generic "broken" warning.
Caps are actually not the likely issue on the 000000. Caps issues on ES10/15 usually result on no power at all, not power with 000000. The 0'd error is generally a board level fault, something fried. ES20 does not have any TBC inside. ES10, 15, 25, and a few combo'd decks. But not the LSI ES20. The 10/15 is best, it gets worse from there. |
Ah, thanks for the information. I just ordered a DMR-ES15 instead. :congrats:
