Sony SL-HF550 NO video

HI there.. this machine is wild. I replaced the 5441 transistor after it was having all lights on and no buttons worked. Now buttons work but the machine when powered on lowers the tray and clicks like a woodpecker and raises and does again over and over. I can eventually get a tape in and it plays with good sound but the video is black with long white lines. I added a video.

Thanks.. it ended up being a few things. one was a broken gear in the loading assembly.. one was bad transistor and the other was broken head.
