Sears/Zenith TVSB1320 TV/VCR Stuck in Eject?

Does anyone have a manual for this deck? When I power on it keeps cycling stop and eject. I figure mode switch but it just started happening after moving the loading motor plate to check the belt. I put it back and screwed it in and it seems stuck now. It was playing fine before but would get stuck when ejecting.
