The Top Cover indicates that this covers a little array of Panasonic & Quasar models:
1. VHQ620/VHQ620-K (VHS)
2. PV-4603/PV-4609/VHQ640/VHQ640-K/VHQ650 (VHS)
3. PV-4653/PV-4652-K/PV-4659/PV-4669/VHQ660/VHQ660-K (VHS)
4. PV-S4670/PV-S4670-K (S-VHS)

The structure here is an HTML table of contents that links off to individual PDFs, split by chapter. This originally came as a ZIP archive, which I had to re-create as I apparently deleted the original.

The files inside have Modified dates going back to July 1999. Good stuff.

Recommended by orsetto, who has a couple of them himself (https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/...ne#post2044004), and from your previous tests I think you have one as well.
