Sapphire Wonder TV PCI Ver. 2.2 capture card worth buying?

This card just appeared for sale here in my country and I was wondering if it could be worth get it.

It's quite cheap, around 10usd.

Of course I know the brand Sapphire, all my ATI cards were Sapphire's, but I never encountered this "WONDER TV PCI" version 2.2.

Any information? specs? Anyone has used it? Results? Problems? Known issues?

Not even worth $10.

SAA7130HL has good capture quality, so use it, if you have proper computer :)
