HDMI between switcher and capture devices?
 

I have having a real problem with my Io 4K Plus HDMI input. I'm running HDMI from an iMac to AVPro's AC-MX44-AUHD-HDBT matrix switcher, then to the Io 4K Plus. The problem is the Io 4K is not showing any HDMI connection (the app shows the HDMI port as red with "unknown" above it). When I have the switcher throw a test pattern, this comes through to the Io 4K great as a 1080p60 signal.

I would be inclined to think that this is a problem with the switcher, but when I hook any other device up to the switcher using the same output port and HDMI cable, I get a great picture! For some reason the Io 4K is being really touchy.

Has anyone else seen a similar issue?
