VFR to CFR audio sync issues?
Hi All, I'm using the Elgato Video Capture Card to rip some old VHS tapes from a VCR to my Computer. The files that I rip are Variable Frame Rate and I guess that doesn't play nice with Adobe Premiere. Below is the medianfo from a rip

I've tried using Handbrake to convert the files to Constant Frame Rate so I can trim them inside of Adobe Premiere, but whenever I convert the files and check "constant frame rate" the audio is out of sync. Here's an example of a converted file's media info:

My end goal is to have a file type that I can trim/cut/export (preferably in Adobe Premiere Rush/Pro) and keep the video/audio in sync.
- Are there settings I'm missing originally to export in Constant Frame Rate? Is that possible?
- What am I doing wrong in Handbrake to convert the files to CFR and have the audio in sync?
- I've been reading that Adobe can't handle VFR files so I guess there's no way to do it that way and I need to convert to CFR, is that correct?
