Suggested S-VHS high-end for digiting VHS tapes???

Hello everyone
I have already read many times the post about suggested vcr svhs to buy for restoring tapes
I had a panasonic nv-fs200 but was a failure
Bought from germany from a seller haifa-media24 (ebay) and the picture quality was awful
As low resolution
I returned it (probably was some bad capacitor)
So im thinking which one to buy
I was focus on the panasonic nv-hs960 svhs et
Or you suggest some Jvc ?
I use pinnacle capture card 710 usb
I have even some dvd recorder as the pana es-10 and the jvc dr-m10 in case i want burn some dvd
Any suggestions which super vcr et to buy?

Well, if you didn't like the picture with the Panasonic FS200, then you're left with a JVC 7600,8600,9600 and a few others from JVC or the Philips clones VR1000,VR1100,VR1500,VR1600 from the JVC's or the Panasonic HS860/960 you're considering.
But I would like to remind you that it will be difficult to buy a working JVC HR-S9600 at a reasonable price in good condition.
