Weird line at top of NTSC capture?

1 Attachment(s)
Hi, I'm from Australia & I'm using my ES10 connected to my VCR & my USB live-2.
Capturing VHS tapes is fine but now I'm capturing NTSC tapes on my VCR & I've noticed a weird line near the top of every video & I'm wondering what might be causing this.

I've attached a photo, it's sort of a faint white weird line at the top of the video, you will see it just above the picture frame.

Does anybody know & also what NTSC capture settings are people using?

Thank you

What standard the VCR is PAL or NTSC?

It is a multisystem Pal & NTSC VHS player

Panasonic NV-FJ600 Pal/NTSC 3.58/4.43

Most likely part of the video, Some low end camcorders and VCR's do record weird patterns.

FWIW, with NTSC it was not unusual to use scan lines above the nominal 486 line image area for meta data, closed caption, and/or vertical interval time code. This can be seen on overscan monitors; however, it may not be what you are seeing.

It's just chroma inconsistency, I see that the OP from VH sister thread is using the wrong setting for the VCR and capture card, not good when you see letterboxing all around the frame.

I have fixed the issue using WinTV. Thank you everyone for the help, I highly appreciate it.
