Video stutters with lengthy captures?

2 Attachment(s)
Does anyone else have this happened with lengthy captures unless this occurs at any point? Normally this doesn't happened whenever I do about 5 to 10 minutes and it plays fine. The last capture I did was about 35 minutes, and at around 30 minutes, the video feed begins to stutter horribly while the audio runs normal. I did another 50 minute capture before, and the same thing happened, but I forgot at one point it begins to stutter.

I'm using VirtualDub-1.10.4 running on Windows 10 using a Hauppauge usb-live2 capture card and I'm just beginning to get into doing lossless transfers.

I included two samples below. Sample1 is from the 35 min. capture that shows it playing normally until around 15 seconds where it begins to stutter. Sample2 is different small capture I made of the same timestamp that plays normally. I only included Sample2 just to show a reference.

Do not use 1.10, but older 1.9. The 1.10 usually worse, not better.

Win10 not great, lots of issues with capturing.

Not the best USB card either. Not suggested here.

What VCR?
What TBC? (TBC is required, not optional.)
