Fixing jumping video? TBCs will fix?
 

I have this video I would like to convert that is super jumpy. I don't have any TBC hardware and hoping there is a cheaper solution.
Would a local VHS transfer service just be able to fix this and the cheapest route?
Here is a gif of what it looks like without any correction. Not even sure if TBC hardware will fix it.

An animated GIF will not help here.

Without seeing it, yes, external frame TBCs can correct some types of frame movements and jutters.
