Melotone MVA-500 Video Image Enhancer Stabilizer?
 

I searched all of DigitalFAQ and Videohelp but couldn't find any reference to products by Melotone, which seems to be an Ontario-based company. Google was quiet, too. I found this Melotone MVA-500 Video Image Enhancer Stabilizer item and was wondering what it does and, dare I say it, whether it has some TBC-ish properties. It's only composite-out.

That doesn't have TBC, or even anything like a TBC. It's an 80s item, not too different from lousy Archer or Sima gear.
