White/blue flashes in VHS capture?

1 Attachment(s)
Hi!
I'm trying to capture some vhs and I'm really overwhelmed.
I have some serious issues with the video and I don't know what's the problem. I'm getting those white-blue lines every few seconds. I tried 5-6 video cassettes (without copyright).

My video player: Daewoo vq252
Capture device: Elgato Video Capture
Cable: Scart to Red/Yellow/White
Software: OBS, ffmpeg, Powerdirector, Debut Video Capture. I tried everything.

I tried 5$ capture device and I had low quality and some lags but without white-blue lines.
I tried DVD EZMaker 7 - C039, much better but still I have the same issue...
In my TV it works fine without those blue/white lines.

Any thoughts?
Should I change my VCR?

If so...
I found in my city these (~=170€)
JVC-HR-S7500
JVC HR-S8500E
Are they worth it? Or should I find something else?

Thank you in advance.

The low quality capture card is a major stumbling block here. What you're seeing is not unexpected. Better VCR, better capture card, some sort of frame TBC. But to fully avoid problems, best quality, JVC S-VHS VCR with line TBC, actual frame TBC, and recommended capture card.

I think 7500 is non-TBC in PAL, same for 8500. Hence we cheap.
Buy good PAL decks from VCRshop.nl

Elgato earned the nickname Elcrapo for the crummy video capture cards.
DVD EZmaker is junk.
PowerDirector is junk.
OBS is not analog capture software, wrong tool for task. Use VirtualDub.
SCART/composite is always low quality, added issues. The better VCRs have s-video.

What OS for capture card. WinXP/7 best, Win10/11 worst.
