VirtualDub not responding issues?
 

I bought a Pinnacle card and I installed the drivers and downloaded the Crossbar Thing.
The preview video has lags. The captured video though seems ok, no lags.
Also, now I have a lot of "not responding" issues with Virtualdub when I'm trying to change something in settings or whaterver. I dont unterstand why :/
Even when I restart my pc it doesn't turn on again (or turn off If I shut it down). I've to use the button to turn it off. If the "not responding" issue starts I can only restart my pc to make it work again.
Any ideas? What causes that?

I also installed Net framework 4 cause I couldn't open Crossbar Thing.

Is there another way to make Pinnacle work without Crossbar Thing? I want to see If Crossbar Thing is the problem. Because If Crossbar isn't the problem here, I'm assuming it's the Pinnacle.

For the moment, try using composite, not s-video.

Is DirectX disabled in VirtualDub main settings?

I can't choose Video source ("No video sources"). So, I only see black preview (composite). Even though I open crossbar, still black. I can only see preview with s-video+crossbar (with lag).

Should I install different drivers?
Should I try Virtualdub 2?
