D-Theatre noise in solid colors?

I own a D-Theatre HM-DH3000U, & no matter what the setting I always seem to get these jagged, green lines or waves in all my captures. They're especially noticeable in solid colors & black screens, but are randomly present through out. Multiples tapes from different companies display this issue (all american tapes). It's going into a TBC-1000 that's been fully recapped, & my standard S-VHS deck from JVC doesn't exhibit this issue. What am I looking at? Head Damage? Dirty heads? Is it possible it's picking up RF noise from the air since it doubles as a TV tuner or something?

edit: Third image has been brightness adjusted to help see what I'm seeing.

Do you get it with digital tapes or analog tapes? If analog that looks to be about the right amount of floor noise you get from an analog tape, Some VCR's exhibit more noise than others because of the image processing, Less details usually hide fine noise, High end VCR's tend to exhibit more noise because they display sharper images.

Analogue, & it seems to be specific to specific tapes. Switching to composite doesn't remove it so maybe it's some kind of internal crosstalk? None of these issues are present on the S9600U. I would test the component out to see if it's present there too, but I don't have anything but an all in wonder card to capture it.

The S-9600U just hides them, Take a capture and boost the brightness and you will see the exact noise pattern.
