Recommendation for my wobbly setup

Hello everyone, I have a few devices, but nothing is working properly.
I want to record VHS Secam and few PAL. I mostly need audio, but sometimes video too.

The VCRs that I want to repair :

-JVC HR S-8700 (S-VHS / Digital TBC & NR / HiFi)
Audio : very Good but sometimes it lost the Hifi
Vidéo : Good, but we feel that the rotation of the band is tired

-JVC HR S-8850 (S-VHS / Hifi)
Audio : it lost Hifi everytime and I can't use the remote because the IR of the VCR is dead
Video : Very good

-Panasonic AG-7510 (S-VHS / Hifi / Dolby NR ) :
Audio : it lost Hifi everytime, linear mono tape are very good with this deck
Video : Big part of the video is out of frame (alignment problem?)

I also have a Samsung DVD-V6600 (my cleanest VCR, very good video quality, and good audio quality, but little less dynamic than the other VCR) and a JVC HR-795.

I record Audio like this :
-Linear mono tapes with Panasonic AG-7510 Output XLR => Focurite Scarlett

-Hifi tapes with my JVC HR-795 or Samsung DVD-V6600 output RCA => Focusrite Scarlett

I capture video like this :
-Samsung DVD-V6600 Output SCART (RCA signal?) => Sony RDR HXD870 (convert Secam to PAL) Output HDMI => Intensity Shuttle (with mediaexpress in AVI or Quicktime uncompressed) or Avermedia LGX (with Recentral in H264)

What could I improve at a beginner level?

BM Intensity shuttle is not good for capturing from low end VCR's, You either need a VCR with line TBC and capture in SECAM via S-Video, Or place a well known DVD recorder in the stream and record the converted signal from SECAM to PAL via component out of the DVD recorder, Set the intensity to capture via component 480i.

For your audio issues with hifi, adjust the AC head accordingly. Video issue ( big part of frame out of range) is misalignment ( P2 or P3 guides). Watch videos on youtube ( 12voltvids) i've posted them before

The sony RDR HXD870 have a TBC line.
My JVC HR S-8700 too.

480i ? It's PAL/Secam, so it would be 576i

I don't know anything about this, but I'll take a look, thanks!

Sorry , Yes 576i. Do not miss align any VCR unless you confirm with a good tape that it has been miss aligned, VCR's don't go out of alignement on their own, Something has to happen to make them loose the factory alignement, A bad tape, heavy use with lack of maintenance, failed or worn component, a brutal shock ... just to name few, One of the signs of miss alignement is broken factory seal, Usually a red dot of resin or paint, you may need a magnefying glass to see better.

If your DVD recorder has line TBC in passthrough you shouldn't get a wobly picture. Are you getting wobly picture with JVC VCR?

To summarize my problem it would be:

-All of my JVC's VCR have a good picture

-Problem with the Hifi:
JVC HR S-8700
JVC HR S-8850
Panasonic AG-7510

-Image problem (video not in the center, big loss of image):
Panasonic AG-7510
