Issue to capture NTSC signal
 

Hey brothers,

I am living in country which support PAL color system.
and I have all machines and players with PAL. I got some tapes with NTSC and I bought from USA camera to
playback this tape and it works fine.
but when I want to capture it through USB stick capture device it came with no color . I change the capture device and there is no picture at all just sound . I bought 3rd capture device but still there is color issue .

finally I bought card for that and I select the input signal to be NTSC but still picture issue .
the picture in PC not same in camera .
what is the best solution for that .. either change to another one or change ntsc to pal then capture .....but how
