ATI 600 USB Tevion clone drivers? OS?
 

I’m sorry if this has been answered recently, but my search hasn’t shown anything definitive.

I just acquired an ATI 600 USB Tevion clone video capture device and would like to hear what the latest consensus/preference is for:
- Windows OS to use: XP or 7 (I have a functional Win7 machine already, but would need to build a XP machine)
- Which driver(s) to use? Is there an ISO of the original software CD/DVD out there somewhere?

For capturing, I prefer XP. But take your official (and outdated) XP disc, and put it in a drawer. Use the unofficial/community Integral Edition. (Note: that dev's blog is weird, full of conspiracies, don't stray from that XP page.) Then the official Tevion CD ISO works well.

Windows Vista/7 both work fine, but I don't remember details off-hand. It's here on the forum.

Use VirtualDub2 for it. Yes, 2, the exception to the rule.

One of my goals for this year is to curate a lot of content, especially drivers and various instructions. Not there just yet.
