VideoSoap greyed out in ATI MMC 8.8

i just finish a new pc and installed a AIW 9200 card.
i cant get the videosoap to work - it is always greyed out
ive re-installed MMC 3 times now - using CCleaner in between
still no dice.

Are you sure that you're trying to capture MPEG?
I can't think of anything off-hand. I'd have to think about that one. Hmmmm....

fixed it - installed 9.02 and VS works
apparently AMD 64 cpus require 9.0 or higher
