AIW HD3650 Premium Edition vs. x1900 better?

I have recently come into ownership of an ATi TV Wonder VE, and have taken a shine to capturing my old VHS collection. In my research, it appears that they ATi All-In-Wonder series stands as the best equipment for capturing VHS into a digital format. My current capture system stands as such:

OS: Windows XP x86 Home Edition
CPU: Q6600 @ 2.4GHz
MoBo: DFI LanParty P45-T2RS Plus
RAM: 4GB G.Skill DDR2
GPU: ATi X1300
Sound: Creative SoundBlaster
Catpure: ATi TV Wonder VE

I shall be replacing the CPU with a higher clocked Pentium 4, which leaves the Graphics/Capture card. I looked at the list of All-In-Wonder cards (AIW from here on) released, and have see little to no user feedback about the AIW HD3650 Premium Edition. Is this card frowned upon due to limited availability? Would I be better off looking into a AIW X1900, or even a AIW 9800?

Thank you,

JazzOwl

In terms of the video, it should be identical to all other PCIe AIW cards. Only the graphics differ, and that doesn't matter for the purposes of capturing video. There will be zero performance gain over the x1300 already in use.
