S-VHS PAL player that applies TBC on NTSC picture?
 

Hi guys, greetings from Spain! Sorry for my poor english!

I want to digitize some NTSC tapes and I want to do it at the best quality possible. In the future I will digitize more tapes, but they will be PAL and I'm sure I won't digitize more NTSC tapes again. I want a SVHS PAL player (they have S-Video output) which plays NTSC tapes and has TBC. I have been reading this thread's advices and I'm looking for some JVC players and Panasonic NV-FS200 player. I have been taking on granted SVHS PAL will be able to apply TBC on NTSC picture, but I have read Panasonic NV-HS1000 PAL doesn't apply TBC on NTSC picture and now I'm afraid to buy it and it won't apply TBC.

Is there any SVHS PAL player which applies TBC on NTSC picture? Thank you!
