Online video converters?

I had a question, I searched the forum, but could not find it. Does anyone have any advice on the free online video converter, which is good about the free one? It is advisable that it be free after all.

Do you need a specific one or what?

My main criterion is that it be online and preferably free;)

Is there a reason you can't download an app for converting videos?

For video :)

Because there are some points that do not allow you to install software, but you need to use online versions.

This was a stupid thread, and after further investigation, it's 99% likely to be a spam attempt. Advice to use an unknown service would be given next. The same person had two usernames.

Most amusingly, NY is now in Ukraine?

Use a real video encoder, not some shady site.
- Hybrid
- Avidemux
- Handbrake (popular, but not really good)
- FFMPEG (CLI)
- payware like MainConcept TotalCode, for more serious use

And if you're not allowed to install video software, then take the hint: you're not allowed to encode video there. ;)
