What kind of settings. I want to learn how to make my streaming files as small as humanly possible.

I don't know about 1MB/min, but I can make quite small files. All we do is cut back on the settings.

- Use half framerates, 15fps (or 14.xx rate) with internal 29.97 rate.
- Use 320x240 (or even 160x120) resolution
- Use FASTEST motion compensation to speed up the encode, or use HIGH for best quality (but longest encode time)
- On the GOP settings, use no seq headers, no max GOP length, no scene change, open GOP, with 50 P and 50B frames. Still one I frame.
- Put the audio down to the lowest settings allowed.
- Use the KVCD.net KVCD matrix, not the ones that came with the software.
- Soften block noise up to 25% to remove any potential block problems
- Set the bitrate of the encode to 400k or less. You can test smaller and small to get desired filesize.
