Preset Manager crashing when import sound filter?
 

Hi all,

I have been tasked to install an audio filter preset for an end user. I'm not a sound forge end user so know little about the software itself. I was provided this website. http://www.digitalfaq.com/forum/vide...io-filter.html

I downloaded the preset mgr, installed it. Then I opened it, browsed to and opened the downloaded filter from that same URL, it opened. I then dragged it from the top window down to the bottom window, and the preset mgr app crashes. I've tried restarting and I've also tried it on a second computer that has sound forge installed and it has the same result.

What am I missing?

- Which version of Sound Forge?
- What OS are you on?
- Did you run Preset Manager in a compatibility mode?
