Automatic segments cutting video software?
 

hi, i'm looking for a software that can auto cut a video file segment by segment by scanning the file itself.

does this kind of software (or something similar) exists at all, and if yes, where to find it ?

Old thread, same answer: nothing like this exists (and probably never will).
Editing = manual task
