That was a tutorial originally found on the now-defunct WrigleyVideo.com sometimes in the 2000s. That video is so old that it was from a day when online video was downloaded WMV. Before Youtube. Before MP4 or MKV. Before Flash.

However, the information still works perfectly. :)
