Repairing green fringing on broadcast tape?
 

Hey! I'm working with a PAL Broadcast tape, ProRes. I'm seeing some green artifacts on the edges of details.

Is there an Avisynth script to fix this type of distortion? I'm not even sure what it's called so I figured to ask here.

There is an Avisynth script for edge color, but note it can affect the image, it's not perfect.
In most cases, it's best to just mask/crop.

Looks like shifted chroma.
Using 'ChromaShiftSP(X=0.50, Y=2.00)' I get:
